A FINE LARGE PAPER COPY , WITH AMPLE MARGINS of these regulations of commerce between Spain and her colonies, including the Philippines. Restrictions on commerce were cancelled, although the regulations were still very favorable to the “mother country”; themes covered include importation, exportation, coffee trade it also grants special commercial conditions to Louisiana to aid in the growth of its population; article 51 refers to commerce with the Philippines. Through these regulations the Crown ended the Cádiz and Sevilla monopoly on commerce with America, permitting the participation of other cities of the kingdom; in addition to valuable information regarding commerce and numerous tariffs on a great variety of American and Spanish products, other sections deal with matters such as shipments, ports, and other maritime activities directly related to commercial activity "Comercio entre España y América en el siglo XVIII – ejemplar en gran papel".
